Not sure if the date on your post makes my post unnecessary, but if lymph nodes are swollen, that's a plausible sign of mumps. On more basic types of care, ginger is an equivalent - actually, the origin - of IBProfen and like meds. Using it in tea, mixed in salad, etc., is a natural way of combating pain, should you be experiencing any. Rest is key, regardless of what's causing these swollen glands, so get more than you typically do. And on external applications, a warm cloth, soaked first in lavendar oils, is soothing and can tether anxiety or other moods that might be triggering worry, should your condition be ailing you. (This last one's an assumption, so perhaps it's unneeded.)

I've got some swollen and aggravated lymph nodes- under my chin- the submental node- and on both sides of my neck below my ears. I've been using a dry skin brush, drinking lots of water, and using a rebounder. Does anyone have any suggestions?
