I have had the holistic health & fitness spa for 15 months, now it is 3 times as big, just expanded last month. Overhead is obviously way higher, I need to fill up my slots in order to truly suceed. There are 2 huge multi use yoga/workshop/spa spaces so it should be real easy to schedule. There is a seperate entrances, steam room, front and back patio (big) wood floors, Washer Dryer, Dishwasher, 2 bathroom/showers/ 2 kitchens, parking, real central location.
Each space rents at $30hr/sometimes $25. 16 hours a week equals $300- a week.
A great neighbourhood ( a 1 bedroom starts at $2500 here), steps from the beach, steps from the restaurants and coffee shops, a great upscale service is being offered here, marketing is already in place.
