Overhead is obviously way higher, I need to fill up my slots in order to truly suceed. Each space rents at $30hr/sometimes $25. 16 hours a week equals $300- a week. A great neighbourhood ( a 1 bedroom starts at $2500 here), steps from the beach, steps from the restaurants and coffee shops, a great upscale service is being offered here, marketing is already in place.
